I saw a thread long, long ago about possiably removing that feature.....But I search for it and re-read it and it never says the reults. I've reached 500 posts and was wondering if I can change my title now. If I can I cna't find where.

Darky removed that feature, along with any customizability regarding skins, when he added in the Super RPG mod. That's why my title has remained "Hortator" ever since the introduction of Suran Reborn. If you can find out what my post count was at the midpoint of "the big one" (When I started the "User Friendliness" thread in this forum), then that's what the requirement for changing title was back in the day... I believe it was 601, but I could be mistaken.

Yeah, it's gone, but it should be allowed again. If the rpg thing has to go to allow it, that's just fine with me. The whole thing's pointless anyway.

Why is it that Peregrine's and wesaynothing's titles are customized? They say "Bird from Hell", and "Plum War Chief", respectively. Is this a carryover from when customization was allowed?

I agree with Peregrine on the point that the RPG thing is kinda pointless. It really doens't serve a purpose (unless Darky has turned it into something). It could be a nice feature for the RPG section if it actaully was attuned to roleplaying, but that's probably overly complicated when you can have the GM's do all the work

Well, that and every sane DM would ignore it since it would completely ban newbies from the forum. Maybe if it did something else.... member vs. member fights or something. But as it is, it just wastes space and encourages spamming to level.

And you can't disable the title in any way. Well, I suppose a PM to Dark0ne might change it... The title section no longer appears at all.

Yea player vs. player duels...ooh what'll happen if you loose? Maybe your post count would go down by five and the winner go up by five.
