This episode of Skyrim Mod Sandctuary covers some great follower mods including the popular UFO mod. There is a lot more to this mod than just having more followers.

Unfortunately, these follower mods are completely obsolete now that the far better, more powerful and complete Amazing Follower Tweaks is out - (http://skyrim.nexusm...le.php?id=15524)

Thanks for another great video. Since you find horses inconvenient, have you looked at the mod Convenient Horses?

It's great. Being able to jump off your horse and straight into combat quickly saves a lot of hassle and the other features are nice too.
For the upcoming version he's also specifically keeping UFO compatibility in mind.

ohmygods, that skeleton crawling out of the ground is spectacular! Great call on that one, Gopher, and great job on animating it whoever you are! That mod alone will get me into a Necromancer play through!
You know, speaking of follower mods, have you tried some of the other ones, Gopher? Like the aforementioned Amazing Follower Tweaks, or perhaps Better Followers (plus its visual tweaks to companions)? I've really liked Better Followers, and because of that, I haven't played the others too much. I've always been interested, though, in a comparison of all these big (or small yet still big, but you know what I mean) follower mods.
Great vid, again. : ) Thanks

UFO is a good mod. There are some awesome NPC-related mods doing some cool stuff that I always wished we could do in Morrowind and Oblivion. It's fun to watch the individual projects take shape and become unique.
All follower mods are going to be somewhat different and appeal to individual tastes, but my personal favorite is "Extensible Follower Framework". It allows you to have 100 followers and provides an optional quick menu that allows individual or group commands for everything from changing clothes, combat styles, checking stats, essential status, and even commands for harvesting, leveling up, relaxing ("sandboxing") and assigning residence. Again, everyone is free to have their preferences, but this is the one that suited all my needs.

If Extensible adds the ability to teach spells to your followers then it will be the best mod period. I HATE using the shouts to get companions to do stuff in groups as you have to constantly go into the menus and swap stuff around. With Extensible it just pops up on the first page of options for group commands whenever you talk to any follower and it uses a much easier and more efficient menu system than the clumsy dialogue menu which even in the video Gopher was hitting the wrong option.
That being said, not having spell teaching is a HUGE liablility vs Amazing Follower Tweaks and UFO.
