befor the new morowind game of the year edition came out, i prided myself on knowing all the location to anything on vardenfell, now one of my freinds has mentioned somthing called a bipolar balde. as i have never heard of this before i am naturaly very interested in finding it. dose anyone know where it is and how to get it?

If you do an all forum search on 'bipolar blade' you'll find the answer. (There is one newer than thirty days, and lots older). It's a quest reward.
