[Blackmage]

There's a Fighter's Guild quest to go find Rels Tenim, a notorius outlaw or other with a bounty on his head. Hrundy (?) gives it to you in Sadrith Mora. I traveled to the cave where Tenim alledgedly is staying at, but I haven't been able to find him. Just an empty cave with an attached tomb to it.

After 3 characters getting stuck at this part, I'm getting frustrated. Anyone know where I can find him?

There is a hint in the note he leaves at the beginning of the cave. You'll have to have to be a high flier to get to him.

BTW the Vampire in the tomb (Marara) has her own vampiric quest attached. If you intend to play as a vampire and do all the quests save her for later
