So, when NPCS use certain items, they throwup instead. Litterally bend over and spew. Examples being trudy trying to wipe down the bar, random NPCs near Novac using the Anvil, one NPC leaning on the wall. They obviously start using the item or activity, but then stop, look like they stumble or get stunned, then throw up.

Thats awsome, I didn't know NPC's could puke anywhere! I am totaly going to make some kinda weapon that makes NPC's puke.

That's essentially what WJS tried to do, give the pulse weapons a chance to make humanoid NPCs throw up. How it caused puke parties at idle markers is anyone's guess.
