Loving the mod so far, but I think I have a problem. I'm in the upper area of the archive and I've got the first golem on the plate. Mist starts building around it, but nothing else happens.
Do I just have to wait a long time for each golem, or am I doing something wrong?

Spoilers:
The golems step on the magic apparatus on the floor and it indicates what element is powering the golem. Maybe you can find a stable source of that element somewhere else in the level and use that to overload the golems...

I can't say this will be the final patch because I have another one at least planned and waiting for any more bug reports. However, you should be able to play through the entire thing with no problems (provided you have 1.4) and have a very smooth experience. Content itself is complete and won't change aside from tiny tweaks I might decide need to be made (coming in patch 1.5).
Once I'm 100% sure things are 100% done, there will be another dazip installer provided that won't need any patching.

Thirst is a really fantastic adventure, thankyou! I really like the backgrounds, class/background related dialogue options (I'm playing through as a mage) and the variety of quests on offer. Puts many a paid-for game to shame. Also, the polish is excellent, I'm having a very smooth experience. Cheers for all the hard work!
One tiny thing I noticed. Late in the game, I asked Virgil what he thought of the Mages Collective - the conversation proceeded as though that quest was ongoing and as though I was against them ('You are waging war against them' was the line) - when in fact, the quest was completed and I had sided with the mages.

After playing this new version of the mod, I found some bugs, with the new patch (Patch 4) installed.
When you first visit Mildrar, he wants you to go to the Archive right away, as if you accepted the quest already.
You can ask him for help and after finding Virgil and getting the money back from Jacob, you cannot tell him that you did so, which makes it impossible to complete his quest.
Furthermore, after helping Samwise with the trade agreement, he does not sell you anything anymore. You can ask him to show you what he has, but the menu does not open.
Still, this module is the best that has been created for DAO so far and I thank you for all the hard work you put into it!

This is a very unfortunate regression added in patch 4, and it has been fixed. Note: you will NOT have to start a new game; however to properly play Mildrar's questline you will have to load a save from before speaking to him for the first time
Uploading a new fully patched installer ASAP. My apologies to everyone who talked to Mildrar and ended up being confused at his dialogue.
Store-opening issue with a few merchants introduced in patch 4 has also been fixed.
EDIT: Patch 6 is now online, full installer coming soon.

Again, thanks a ton for your help! ^^ I'm really enjoying the complete version of Thirst so far, it's great. The difficulty *could* be a bit tweaked here and there, but that's up to the taste of the players. ^^
