Since the world does not level with you, the same enemies will become easier to fight as you progress. At some point it's then the time to look for tougher challenges. Requiem

Not particularly many, i believe there is a 25% chance of any given vampire boss being a lvl 80 ebony-clad yuggernaut mage. But there are also regular vampires in steel plate armor, and Lemkil (Serana's "guardian") is always a ebony warrior.

When your Alteration skill is in the 80s or higher, an empowered Fortify Muscles easily gives you 200 extra health for a couple of minutes

Thanks everyone sounds great!
Those alchemy perks are pretty buff!
I'm playing a Nord 1h, hvy armor, alchemist atm so I will grab those for sure! But my next play through will be a Breton looks like!
I am still having a lot of trouble against dragons though. I am loading them with poisons from my ebony bow but they do A LOT of dps with their elemental attacks. Frost dragons are okay because of my racial resistance+icebane potions but I am confused how to withstand a flame dragon in the open even with flamebane potions. Any ideas or directions to enchanted resist fire items?

Sounds great! I'll go ahead and lower the timers! Can I out them back up again later or could this break something?

Changing the timers will not break anything. Just keep in mind that when you set the timer to 3 days for example, you really must stay away from an area for 3 days or more to let it respawn. It you visit it earlier, the timer will reset and the area will not respawn.

I hate to be "that guy", but I'm really excited about the 1.8 update. Can you give us any current info on how far along you are? Also, will it transition from 1.7, without having to make a new character?

Try the Ethereal shout: it makes you invulnerable for a few seconds. If you activate it just before the dragon starts to shout, it lasts long enough to withstand a fire breath. Also the basic Fus Ro Dah shout interrupts any dragon shout, so it you see the dragon taking a deep breath, shout it!
In case you use potions, having some magic resistance makes you more resistant to fire too. So a potion of magic resistance, the Lord Stone (+15% mr) or the quest reward Mara's Agent (+5% mr) all help. There is also some uber heavy armor as reward for a quest that starts by reading the book entitled "The Aetherium Wars". Don't expect it to be easy though

You mean to be "that guy" who asks these questions without having at least a cursory glance at the first page of comments? This would have provided all the answers you want without being "that guy".

Alright, I gave the entire first page a "cursory glance" and came up with "No, not this month", and for my second question, "Wait in your house for awhile"... thanks? I haven't had a big cup of vague in awhile, forgot how it tasted.
