I ran across a bug concerning healing potions. If I were to drink a healing potion, I wouldn't get any effect in the Active Effects tab, but my health would heal. When I drank a Healing poultrice I wouldn't get any effects in the Active Effects tab and if I were to wait/sleep, my health wouldn't heal. I don't know if this is related, but prior to this I got an even stranger bug where the NPCs would attack in slow motion all the time. Fixed it by reloading an earlier save.
At the same time I can wait, although the combat music is playing and Requiem doesn't allow changing of armor.
I encountered these bugs while fighting the 1001 bandits at Valtheim Towers.

Followers behave like this as well: If they are in combat when transitioning between areas, they won't follow. Not necessarily a bad thing, and sounds like a pretty hardcoded follower issue.
Double the summons sounds like unintended consequences. But what happens if you summon doubles in the new area and transition back?

Either the new ones, or the old ones disappear. I haven't searched for this specifically, but I will try it the next time I get this bug.

On the interface of breaking displaying stat of breaking skill, which stratify on the other writings. It's bug or..?

The legendary plate armor set seems to be bugged. If it is worn it makes the respective body part invisible ( if you wear the helm your head becomes invisible... etc. ) . I noticed that in markarth, where vigilant tyranus who is wearing this set is completely invisible except of his sword. After killing him and wearing his armor i noticed that my player model became invisible as well. Taking the armor off makes the respective body part visible again.

Did you merge or replace 1.6 with 1.6.6 in your Mod Manager? Tyranus being invisible is a typical indicator for a replacement, rather than the merge/update operation.
Since 1.6.6 is only a minor update it does not contain all the textures and meshes from the main version.

I'll have to give my apologies to everyone, and a few thanks : It happens that I thought that Skyrim patch 1.6 was the most recent, and I was wrong. It is entirely my bad, and all, so... Sorry.
Also, if anyone seems to get the same problem, you can actually tell them to get the most recent one

The readme says that most carrying capacities have been reduced to 85 to 125 depending on race, but when I start off as a Khajiit I literally only have 8 units of carrying capacity. I don't know if this is a bug or if I somehow caused a conflict with another mod but it makes it impossible to play the game.

I bet on the mod conflict, since nobody else reported a problem so far with Khajiits.
