If you have an active bounty, that also prevents to get a blessing, but as long as you do not have anything else on your blacklist that permanently disables it, you can go pay for your crimes, and then receive the blessing again!

Fear/Fury interaction
In a group of Skeevers in a cage, casting Fury I on one of them make it try to attack me but flee when i'm out of reach without attacking the others while the effect is still active. perhaps a "cornered rat" AI could be implemented here, so that when a fearful creature has nowhere to go (he has no yielding animation), he will attack an adjacent enemy instead of doing nothing and face him waiting for death. this could trigger the attack of the other skeevers in his cage and produce the desired effect (skeevers killing each other).?

I think that might be a side effect from the yield/fear system. Unfortunately, I think it's not possible to have a practical condition to check if a feared enemy has nowhere to go so he could then turn hostile to adjacent things... But I'll write it down!

I have just finished the quest "The Lost Expedition" in Markath, from Calcemo, and happend to find a bug but I don't know if it's from this mod or Vanilla/Dawnguard/Hearthfire thing:
When you pick the three diaries, it doesn't matter if you picked them from the floor or the dead guys, you automatically get two of each, finishing with 6 journals instead of 3.

Aham, I see... well, this one is surely yours
Carriage prices are indeed risen, but the dialogs don't reflect that increase. Going to Markath from Riften is said to cost 100g in the dialog, but he charge 200g, as intended with your mod.
And let me ask you something: is different magika cost on diferent runes working as intended? Firerune cost me 209 magika, Frostrune 189 and Shockrune only 129; they all are in Destruction School, they all do the same damage (33 dmg as of text) and I don't have a single perk in Destruction, so casting cost shouldn't be different, should it? (no perks in destruction and no items with casting reduction or so; I'm in full Dark Brotherhood armor)
Regards.

@khabalseed
It seems that's a problem with updating from an older version - in my save, everything is fine with the newest one regarding the carriage prices!
No, those runes should all cost as much as the Fire Rune. Next update will address that!

It could seem that I'm looking for bugs, but it's just that I'm playing this mod so much that I have to find both all the good and those few things that aren't working that much
I happend to find another thing that I think is due to your mod:
Whenever I change to Vampire Lord form WHILE IN COMBAT, it seems to aply the "changing armor" thing that your mod brings, and the rags/etc I wear in this form disappear; if the vampire lord had a dick I could well see it hehe. The thing is I don't know if this is merely aesthetic or if I lose some "vampire armor rate" too indeed.
I'm playing a new game with this from the begining:
Skyrim
Dawnguard
Hearthfire
Skyrim Unofficial Patch
Dawnguard Unofficial Patch
Hearthfire Unofficial Patch
Brawl Bugs CE
Requiem 0.986
Everlasting Weapon Enchant
Killmove Control
Bring out your dead
Inmersive armors by hothtrooper44
Being a werewolf I've started the Dawnguard quest and SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER chose to became a vampire END SPOILER END SPOILER END SPOILER. After that, the first time I've changed to Vampire Lord (the tutorial chat with the Vamp Guy) I've noticed that all the other vampires had become hostile towards me and the "armor dropping" thing of your mod happends. After dying, I've done the thing again, again they became hostile, then I've drink an invisibility pot, went outside the Castle, wait an hour and gone back again.
The weren't hostile anymore, but the armor thing keeps happening. I've related all that just in case it helps to clarify why this occurs, nothing more, nothing less.

Nice!
Hmm... I was not aware that the vampire lord was messing with worn apparel - I put it on my list!
I think that the other guys going hostile is not related to this bug, as it seems to be a common Dawnguard Issue. I thought the Unofficial Patch would have addressed it, though - but I might be wrong. Maybe it's again a coding error.... -.-
