Hello. Big fan, you know how it is :D

But you know how Requiem prevents the player changing armour mid-combat? I think it'd be in-keeping with that if you also prevented them from looting containers mid-combat. After all, it's pretty easy to dash past a Dragon Priest, nab the powerful gear in his chest while the game pauses, then run off again. I think this small change would enhance the roleplay aspect and also fix what could be called an exploit.

Thanks for your time and keep up the lovely work.

I wonder if there should be a dragon priest in BFB. It has a word wall in it. I wonder if every barrow with a word wall in it, should have a dragon priest, since their residents seem to be dedicated to dragon worship. The leader of such a place would be a priest, I'd think. I read on UESP.net that BFB is a temple. BFB is the only location with a Dragonstone. The translation of the back of it reads: Here lie our fallen lords (the) roaring power of ALDUIN revives. I think I remember someone saying how easy it was to defeat the current "boss" Draugr in BFB, because he was able to kill it before it had floated out of the casket and landed on it's feet (however it got out of the casket was slow anyways. Can't remember if it floated, via magick, out of it's casket like a dragon priest does). I wonder if it would be in it's casket when the others nearby are not asleep (and I especially wonder why it wouldn't leave it's casket when it's nearby allies are being attacked.

I am not sure if such a feature would be good. The issue is that it would also prevent you from looting chests while the enemies are searching you at the other end of the dungeon... And if you dash by a Dragon Priest to grab his loot before fleeing, well I would call that powergaming, not roleplaying. ;)

Regarding conjuration being uber. How about every additional summon having a chance of turning on you as someone mentioned Protection from evil spells. Your first summon essentially won't turn on you or a very tiny chance like 1%. Your second summon will have a 20% chance to turn on you and your third summon will have a 40% chance to turn on you making decide between the extra possible summon versus him attacking you. This would mean that you would not just instantly cast all three summons right away for every fight but you would only use all three for really difficult battles like dragons and rabbits or in a last desperate attempt to stay alive.

This tweak sounds like something that could be added in the next update at least until the you revamp conjuration.

Yeah, I think that adding more powerful bosses to locations like this would make the game so much better; although dragon priests usually drop masks. I think it's kind of boring that at around level 40, you can go clear out several locations and not have a single tough fight. This is why for my next playthrough, I'm going to use Azirok's SIC patch without the armor patch so draugr have max armor =). I've tried that before a long time ago, but I wasn't ready for it yet.

I came across a dilemma and I was rather dissatisfied with the outcome, due to the mechanics of the game and the mod.

I've been playing a Paladin-type character who never steals, murders, etc. When doing the Noone Escapes Cidna Mine quest, I eventually chose to side with the Forsworn after hearing of their struggles and abuse. The quest however triggers a 6000 septim bounty on you, once you enter the tunnel with Madanach. This bounty goes away by the time you leave the cave (and I find it strange how the guards can put a bounty on you when they have no idea what you are doing as you are in a cave somewhere, so rather immersion breakin as well), but the main grief I have with this is that once you have accumulated such a large bounty in your lifetime, the gods abandon you. So for taking the side of what I percieved as the victims (in a rather grey and two-sided conflict), I am now unable to recieve blessings from the Divines.

I would suggest this quest is modified in such a way that you don't recieve a temporary bounty since both sides could be said to be in the wrong/right here. This wouldn't really impact the game in any way down the road, but rather remove the need to metagame the quest because you wish to remain on the side of the Divines.

Actually, the quest gives you a bounty regardless of side chosen. Isn't it a little game-breaking to brand you a criminal forever for doing a quite major quest that doesn't involve sinning?

This issue is known to us and the quest will be reworked in future Requiem versions (it's not scheduled for 1.8.2). To fix the issue for now, you can modify your lifetime bounty after finishing the quest via the console. :)

Alright, cheers. Just wanted to make sure. :)

I decided to roll with it and play it off as the gods having abandoned my character unjustly, so it will have implications for his future, to be sure.

It turns out that word walls are probably not for worship, or teaching shouts: http://www.uesp.net/...kyrim:Word_Wall

The word wall in BFB says this:
Here lies the guardian
Keeper of dragonstone
And a force of unending
Rage and darkness

I think it means, that he is the guardian of the dragonstone, but he was weak if I recall correctly. Considering what the other word walls said, I'd think, that it wasn't a casual statement (in other words his duty is important, and/or he'd be strong).

The words for the Kyne shout make me wonder if it should not give health/stamina (and magicka?) like it does in Requiem. They are Kyne, Peace, Trust. There may be a role player that wouldn't want to always kill animals.

Edit: @kfbkfb "High ranking" priests were granted the masks.

Edit 2: I read this: Thousands of years ago, these priests ruled over Skyrim at the behest of their Dragon overlords (might be further reason to put a priest in BFB).
