Sometimes you see a bowl of soup inside a bandits inventory/bag. It would be more realistic if npc's didn't have soups in their inventory, or maybe they could have some or every type of soup inside a bottle (with a cork on it. That way they could pour it out to reheat it, or eat it cold).
This is obviously not something that has to be done, but it would be more realistic, if instead of alchemy ingredients, sometimes being shown inside a bowl, inside your bag, it could be in a bag, like what the the bag of holding looks like or the bag shown holding alchemical powders.

>>pimping your primary weapon skill to about 150 and then perform some attacks.
LOL pimping.
I got a suggestion for you, jaassu.
Use half exp and avoid trainers. That way, you probably won't hit 100 in skills mid play-through. Also, plan on doing stuff as soon as possible; I usually do Dark brotherhood and thieves guild at around 15+, civil war and companions at around 25+, main quest and dawnguard around 35+, unless of course you have mods that alter these questlines by adding harder enemies.
I think the whole point of having perks to choose from is that when you choose some, you don't get others. One of the very few places in the game that choices actually matter.
Edit: I don't think I've ever had a 100 stat in requiem mid-playthrough doing this.

Got a suggestion about exp rates.
I think it would be cool if there was an option to crank exp rates down even further for combat skills (around 25% normal rate; I currently use 50%). I love going into random forts and other places and killing bandits. With low combat skills and relatively low level, it's really fun because the bandits actually produce a challenge, but once you hit 25 or higher, bandits suck.
Unfortunately, it seems like most places in the game are for relatively low level characters. At least with mods that add harder enemies and half exp rate, I can maintain some balance to playing a game. But I would really like to see this and more higher level content/less lower level content, so that way the game stays as fresh and interesting mid-playthrough as it does when you're just starting out.

First off, you generally don't have crappy suggestions, at least from what I've read. However, I don't totally agree. Maybe for dragons, instead of having a slow time shout not affect dragons, they can use the shout to make time go faster (for the PC)? =)

You mean, when they used the shout, it would reverse/stop the effects of your slow time shout? I suppose that would cause the same effect as if both you and the dragon used the slow time effect (since you'd both be at the same speed). There are times, like when you are fighting the dragon in the Soul Cairn, when he has minions fighting you at the same time (so slow time should still effect them).
I wonder if there is an audio recording for the slow time shout, when used by a dragon.

Shouldn't/wouldn't dragons use the Storm Call shout on the player? It's not the shout that Alduin uses.
I'm not sure if there is a voice file for a dragon's voice to use that shout. If not, maybe they could use the male Orc's voice?
I bet dragons can absorb the ability/knowledge to use a shout, from another dragon, while both are alive, like the one greybeard member, let you tap into his thoughts.
Edit for other post: Unless you did the mage quests, you wouldn't have all 3 words of the slow time shout, but a dragon probably would.

Such an option already exists: install the Community Uncapper and reduce the rate your skills level up

I think the flail was mostly used to avoid the shield: the ball at the end of the chains could hit behind the shield.

One potential problem with dragons using the Storm call shout, is that they'd probably have to be close to you, before they used it (there's a range limitation, so they may have to have landed near the player). There's a long cool down on it too, apparently, so the damage may not be worth using that shout, rather then another 1. One advantage of a dragon using the Storm call shout, might be that it could attack you with it's teeth, while you are being hit by lightning (rather then only shouting or biting at 1 time). But for that to work, without the dragon absorbing some of the lightning, the spell would have to work like the mage's flame spells, where they don't hurt the player, but the lightning is not directly from the player, so idk if that would be realistic. One situation where the Storm call shout may actually be useful to a dragon, is at the watch tower in Whiterun, where the wounded dragon is fighting several Whiterun soldiers, Irileth, the player, and possibly a follower.

If only they could add flails, huh?
But seriously, imagine the axe as a hook that pulls down the shielding device to leave open room to attack.
