@HexPex I've been playing this mod a couple of days and I haven't find those rates in rare items; my char is lvl 24 right now, and I've only found three glass items, a bow, a dagger and an enchanted 2H axe, all three of them between lvl 22 and lvl 24. I haven't seen any ebony, daedric or dragon items at all, neither dropped, nor stored or sold. Most of the items I see are in the iron/steel/hide/leather/studded range; those are more or less 65% of all, then 20% orcish and 15% elven. As you can imagine, the drop rate of anything over that is really negligible (percentages aren't obviously that accurated hehe, but I think you get the point) On the weigh thing, I've found that one of the most anoying things is not about potions, but money; we used to pay no attention at all to money, and that's a real problem with this mod, since gold coins now weigh a few grams. 16k gold are equal (more or less) to 130+ or so lbs, that means, you can't run if carrying your money with you. Hope that helps. @Xarrian and all Out of that, I wanted to share a thing about the difficulty level; now that I'm 24 lvl I can't face some enemies without fear. Of course, a couple of well landed hits and I'm dead, one or two arrows and I'm dead, and the same goes with spells, but now I face some fights with confidence. I fear dreugs no more (and they are tough!) since both blocking and light armor 50 really help a lot, BUT I wanted to clarify the f00king pain in the 4ss that vampires are... They are really tough, hardy, resilient, nearly impossible! And to make things even funnier, sometimes they come in pairs or even in trios! I think I've never run from a fight before; yes, I'm sure, I've never run away from a fight in Skyrim before playing this mod. Now I do; lonely vampires I try, but if there are a couple of them, no way! I hate them, I really hate them hehehehe. P.S.1: umm... will my char be as tough as vampires are if I ever became one of them? P.S.2: and I still haven't face neither a giant, nor a dragon (out of the first one in that tower close to Whiterun)... P.S.3: by the way, I've never needed a companion before playing this mod. Never. I've always played on my own without needing any help at all, but with this mod pals are a must; at least up to lvl 20+. I love it :)

@khabalseed Ah, well, the vampire... they are still on my list, but I think I know how to address the whole thing. Some tipps that may help: 1. Vampires can be sneak attacked 2. Vampires do not get any damage reduction when fought with bladed weapons (But they really become a pain when they wear heavy armor) 3. Vampires still have their weakness to fire 4. Vampires can drain your health harder the higher your magic resistance is 5. Vampires are affected by Turn Undead 6. Vampires are vulnerable to Silver 7. Vampires sometimes poison their weapons - you might want to carry some potions with you that deal with this potential threat! Though I try to make them as tough as they were in Daggerfall - if I remember correctly, they were worse than what they are currently... But I'll see what to do with them. To your questions: 1) You'll notice a signifcant increase in power if you become a vampire: More Health, MAgicka and Stamina, tripple carry weight, default Health Regeneration and the usual powers. (But I think I need to tweak certain things some more here) 2) Giants are not that hard, as they can be dodged rather easily due to how the engine handles their animations. I'd have liked to tweak that, but it seems impossible. So, they can be killed rather easily in melee from first level on. But you really may not get hit a single time! Which is why I list them as Mid Level enemies. 3) Yeah, well, numbers mean safety, right? :) Glad that you like it! :D

@Xarrian

I think you missunderstud me; I didn't mean vampires to be tweaked, I love the way they are :) They are a real pain, as I think they should be too and, if I didn't, there aren't that many encounters against vampires. Anyone can live with it :)

Anyway, since I'm writting an answer, let me comment something:

1. Vampires can be sneak attacked

I think I've find some bug here too; when I backstab a vampire it seems not to be barely damaged (50 something in sneak, using dagger and/or sword) This happends with dreugs too; I backstab, then again (doesn't matter if they have spotted me) and then they die, but the first hit doesn't reflect in their health bar (dreugs and vampires)

2. Vampires do not get any damage reduction when fought with bladed weapons (But they really become a pain when they wear heavy armor)

I use dagger or sword to backstab, and sword or mace to fight. I don't see any difference fighting with them (using fire damage enchantments btw)

3. Vampires still have their weakness to fire

After three firebolts (65 dmg each I think) I don't see their health bar going any lower than 10% to 15% or so...

4. Vampires can drain your health harder the higher your magic resistance is

Breton here and use to cast breton power after any ramdom vampires (I rarely find them more than once a couple of days)

5. Vampires are affected by Turn Undead

I think I've never use that spell, since it was bugged both in Morrowind and Oblivion... I will try. Anyway, they use to resist any spell out of Destruction school.

6. Vampires are vulnerable to Silver

Ummm... I thought I was only for werewolves... I have some silver arrows and a silver oil; I will try that, thanks.

7. Vampires sometimes poison their weapons - you might want to carry some potions with you that deal with this potential threat!

I always do :)

Again, awesome mod; I'm really enjoying it a lot.

Hey! Yes,maybe I misunderstood a little - it's just because I need to test them some more to see if everything is right with them! :)

1. Do you get a Sneak Attack message? If yes, that's not intended! You should only do normal damage against them, meaningless if you are sneak attacking or not.
The Health bar issue (Thankfully I understand it now!) is related to a Fortify Health effect. I canceled it for Draugr in the last update, but for vampires, I cannot because the effect is also used on the player, and I do not want to use any workaround at the moment because I do not know if that might have an unwanted effect on quests.
Basically, being a vampires increases Health by a few hundred points, and these seem not be depicted in NPC health bars (Why did they make it so? :P) - nothing to worry about!

2. Hmmm... I'll test that. They should get 66% damage reduction from Bludgeoning weapons and all arrows.

3. It ranges from 25 to 100%, I think.

6. No, silver weapons effect all Undead, but the result is always different. Ghosts have the highest resistance to silver, while Draugr, Werewolves and Vampires are more suspectible to it.

Once again, many thanks! :)

Hi, congratulations for the excellent mod! I have tried quite a few overhauls by now and didn't like any of them much but this one really seems fantastic so far! And it is compatible with Auto Level Stats Perks mod I got addicted to kind of.

Anyway, since I don't have that much time for play I have a problem (yet) with stopped regeneration while running and running consuming stamina features. I know the reasoning behind them but I dislike them for two reasons:

1. It enforces player to stand still or walk which accomplishes nothing - only wasting the play time uselessly. Using food and such is tedious but I admit this is a way how to make it finally worth anything but it is not enough imho (maybe make it heal the player instead?).

2. Since fast travel is disabled I would really like to minimize the travelling time and the stopped regen (and stamina drain on running) is making it needlessly harder.

I believe that the stats should be combat-only oriented so that outside combat they should interfere as little as possible and ideally recover fast enough so that one does not waste literally minutes doing nothing waiting for magicka/stamina to regenerate before moving on both in dungeons and especially outside.

To sum it up I would like to ask for a optional file or a console command(s) to:

- Re-enable regen of magicka/health/stamina when running

Thx!

@resurr3ction Hey! Glad that you like it! :) Well, most food indeed is not that good - but if you actually do some cooking, you can make food that regenerates stamina passively faster than running drains it - so as long as you are saturated, you can run indefinately. I think about adding such an option, but I have an idea to make the perk Focused Mind so that it also grants magicka regen while running.

@Xarrian

Hi again,

I have a suggestion; I was plundering a dwemer ruin when I noticed that most of all dwemer junk still worth almost nothing while it weighs a damn lot. Since this mod has carry reduction, wouldn't be lorewise making dwemer things more "profitable"? Not talking about weapons or armors, but jugs, gear, etc... Solid Dwemer Metal, i.e., weighs 25 and costs 25g... Not a win win situation, you can't carry but a few and they won't make any profit :(

Yes, I know that the main use is crafting dwarven ingots, but since I'm not a smith and, well, you know, the black market, dwarven being vainshed, history thing, collectors, etc... it'd be lorewise to increase dwarven junk's value, wouldn't It?

Great Mod! I would only suggest CANNIBALISM FOR BOSMER!. Itīs in the lore of the elder scrolls, but I havenīt found any mod that adresses it. I donīt really how you could add this feature, maybe in the form of loot of fallen npcs, but I think it would be kind of creepy for other races (not for necromancer mages though) Thatīs it, thanks for your work!

Thanks! :)

Not sure how to approach that, but it seems cool - and it seems to be loreful, indeed. I'll give it a shot! :D
