Very recently I started having some stutter every couple seconds. I've spent a ton of time tweaking to get the game to run smooth and it was. In outdoor areas I was getting 40-60 fps and indoor 60-90. Now suddenly I'm stuttering and I've lost about 10 fps in both situations. I removed a bunch of mods, mostly houses I was checking out, but none of that worked. My scripts/source folder contains 10,019 items and I feel like that's a lot. So here's a list of my mods:

I know that when I first install Skyrim and install skse there's no scripts in scripts/source. Is it possible {Or, is this wise) to just uninstall every mod, delete everything from the source folder then install each mod again based on the boss suggestions?
