Im having that problem at windhelm, havent noticed any particular direction I have to be facing, just as soon as I start moving towards the city I CTD instantly. Had some problems earlier, so I deleted all my mods and uninstalled and reinstalled Skyrim. I was using a mod that alter the exterior of windhelm, (it was either immersive patrols or warzone, dont really know which one, all I remember was it was a blue stripe outpost or something) but after the reinstall I no longer have that mod downloaded or installed. Would that be causing a problem? I tried going into my Data/meshes folder but there was no windhelm or anything...

Did you look under Data/meshes/architecture for a Windhelm folder?

I went into skyrim/data/meshes ... there is no architecture or anything, I can list whats in there if it would be beneficial

I'm not sure how much help I can be, as I've never dealt with BOSS logs, but why not!

Is it normal for that particular folder not to appear?

Yes, it simply means that you don't have a mod that changes the Windhelm meshes, or haven't extracted the windhelm meshes in the past. Normally, the WH meshes are stored in Skyrim - Meshes.bsa.
