The specific fix that I used won't work. Others are reporting success by removing mods like Blacksmithforge water fix, did you ever have that installed?

Generally speaking, removing mass quantities of mods and using the same save isn't a good idea. The game simply doesn't like it.

I didnt use the same save though, I deleted my old saves and started an entirely new game. Deleted all my mods as well, re downloaded some, but only a fraction.

I dont really know if I should clean Dawnguard and Dragonborn... I figured whatever Bethesda left in there was for a reason but everything else I cleaned.

All the Bethesda ESMs need to be cleaned. The dirty edits and wild edits in them won't affect a vanilla game, but if you're using mods, they can cause problems.

I did this, now SKSE wont work
AHHHHHH! I just want to go to Windhelm so I can do quests and stuff.
