One small thing, did you remember to include the patches
for those UL mods that are 'not quite' compatible (ie minor glitches) with each other?.
More importantly!, did you get permissions from any of the UL team members to release this?.
That said, I like the idea, I hope you will be able to keep this project ongoing as new UL mods are released the others are updated.

I haven't included any compatibility patches yet. I was unaware that some UL mods need compatibility patches to work with each other. I'll look into that and get it fixed if there's a problem.
As for the next question, I didn't get permission to release it. If any UL team members or TESNexus admins have a problem with that, its removal will be both expected and understandable. I really just put it together for my own personal use, then decided to go a step further and release it for the community.
It also seems as though I missed few UL mods, as I was going by the information on the UL forum page when I put it together and the information there seems to be a little bit outdated. Some of the mods that it claims aren't complete yet, are actually right here on TESNexus. I'll update the package with those as soon as I can.
UPDATE: New version is up now.

@diana
The individual mods were originally all in basic esp format. If you'd like to install them that way, you can follow the links in the description and download each separate package (or whichever you want).
However...
I HIGHLY suggest at least downloading OBMM and OBSE even if you don't want to use omod files.
Actually, I'd recommend using omod files too whenever possible. This is because they allow you to easily activate and deactivate mods with complex directory structures and tons of files. If you want to remove a large mod from the game, all you have to do is deactivate the omod, instead of going through Oblivion's directories and hunting for each individual file that needs to get deleted.
OBMM is not hard to use either. You just need to download OBSE and get that installed, then install OBMM. Put the omod file in your "Oblivion/obmm/mods" folder. Then, start up OBMM, and you should see it on the list of omods in the box on the right. Click the omod, and click activate, and you're good to go.
You can get OBSE here:
http://obse.silverlo.../obse_0015a.zip
It needs to get extracted to your Oblivion directory.
You can get OBMM here:
http://timeslip.chor...urrent/obmm.zip
It's a self installer, so just extract it anywhere and run the exe file.
Hope that helps.

Silverheart
I am going to take a guess here but I think that hair is a
WIG!.
It is either from the huge 'Apachii Goddess Store' mod or this mod: http://tesnexus.com/...le.php?id=10155
called Slappy's Wigs'.

Kerghan, thank you very much for this compilation. I'd been wanting to check these out, but there were so many of them that the mere thought of downloading, installing, then repeat, just overwhelmed me. Thanks for omodding them!
