Every time I think I worked out the kinks there ends up being more conflicts :O.

Which mods do you have (obviously I don't mean tell me every single one)?

I'm going for HGEC female body replacer and the additional things they add, but I have a thing for Dark Elves but don't really like the Dunmer. Can you suggest any alternatives?

Most custom races are compatible with body mods. And yes that one is. Also here's another good mod :O.

Try reinstalling it. The zip has two other zip files you need to open. Install and turn on both esp's :O. If the reinstall doesn't work, then it's probably conflicting with something :O.
