DAAAAAAAMMMMN! Good one!!! I like, but it sounds quite hard to get it right. I'm guessing it won't be so bad in practice?

Difficult to script, yes, to get the facial animation sequences to work convincingly, but should play easily (apart from having to solve the puzzles, of course). As I said, I'm not certain it can be done but I'd be quite surprised if it can't. It occurs to me that, if it does work out, a 1st-person sex add-on for the Suite might be possible. Something like, using the master bed with any partner triggers a 1st-person sex scene before you sleep. Maybe you take turns to choose the next position until you are both satisfied or someone loses interest. No puzzle aspect, just for fun. We could give each of the other residents their own special position to throw into the mix, one that no-one else does with you. That would more than double the number of positions but as they are only names in a list, it's cheap to implement. The advantage of doing it 1st-person is, it's not actually pr0n because you don't actually see anything rude. That, and not having to worry about custom animations and what happens about body mods. But let's see if it's possible, first.

Wow, I really like the idea OMB, but I would suggest that you don't attach the start of the quest to helgen, since it would case issues with any1 who uses alternate start mods.. Maybe make it start after completing the golden claw quest ..

Also, according to the current lore of BBLS, (if I remember correctly) the last BBLS owner was the previous Dovahkiin, how did "my cousin" came into position of it in that case?

Good point, Foaman, about the start. I'll think that through.

I might structure it into two sucessive quests - (1) looking for news of your relative, and (2) claiming the LS. You seek out Leah and Farquar by following clues to your relative (Quest 1) but when you talk to them you get the idea of claiming the Suite (Quest 2 starts). We could start Quest 1 right at the beginning of the game regardless of whether Helgen is running or not, but I'd have to check that it wouldn't break the tutorial aspects of the Helgen quest. It might work if we don't flag the quest in the journal immediately but practically everyone you talk to asks you "What brings you to Skyrim" and your only reply is "I'm looking for my uncle/aunt". Then it goes into the journal.

About the lore: how about, your relative was the last Dovakhin, but your family didn't know because he/she left home at an early age before getting the call and was never heard from again. And most folks around Whiterun didn't know either, because he/she went a-Dovakhin-ing someplace else, then came and set up the LS when he/she retired. Farquar knew, and Leah knew, but they kept quiet. Okay, it's a fudge.

It doesn't need to be a fudge, OMB. The Dragonborn Emperors never wielded the Thu'um, did they? Likely this Dovahkiin ancestor never KNEW he was truely Dovahkiin, or never knew what it meant. The player learns the Voice almost by accident, he picks up a word in the Barrow, kills a dragon, then THU'UM! well, without a dragon whose soul to absorb, even if Pervius the Promiscuous actually learned any words, he had no souls, no knowledge on how to use them.

So, outside of maybe the BoM telling him he was Dovahkiin, he probably never knew and thus never cared when she did.

Now that you mention it, Ysmir was supposed to have built it, Tiber Septim, etc. Which is your great ancestor, even somehow if you're a cat or a lizard So maybe, as the secret of the Thu'um was lost to the line of kings, so perhaps was the Suite lost to the Dovahkiin line. Point being, maybe besides Martin Septim, the last of the Dragon Blood Emperors, there was another secret child that broke off the line somewhere in history, and was never heard about because he was never in position to take power or the throne. This line, kept the Suite, and the Royal Line forgot it, and yours had it as a bit of a family secret, along with the Dragon Blood, which was eventually forgotten about.

Or maybe it was just a lesser known property, which wasn't spoken of so often. Pervius, or whoever the uncle was, turned it into the bathhouse and harem that is it when you find it. Perhaps Pervius wasn't well loved, and broke from the company of your immediate family to do his own thing... "Where do you think you're going? You've got nowhere to make a living, you bum!" "I'm going to Skyrim, and I'm going to live in the Sanctuary! So long, you losers!" He then engaged in 'riotous living' and turned it into a bathhouse for money and used his new power and influence to make love to many may women! Leah being one of them. Once again, never knowing he was a Dragonborn, and never making anything of it when he found out. "Dovahkiin? WTF is a Dovakiin? Are you crazy? Stupid spectral spirit thing... Oh, I can teleport? Awesome! Yeah, sign me up, whatever..." Sounds like a noob

And now, perhaps the Player has found himself in a similar familial predicament, "You're just like you're uncle!", and left for Skyrim to claim the Suite, and that's where we pick up, eh?

Maybe, if we are careful, the story can be left a bit open, so players can invent their own explanations. If we want to tell a story, maybe Leah has Rollik/Rollica's old diary. People seem to like books. Too much direct story-telling means too much dialogue and then we have to worry about voice-overs.

I'm part way though working up a detailed design, with quest stages, objectives, dialogues and so on. I'll post it when I'm done, so we can see how things look at that stage. It's easier to change the paper design at that level than to change the implementation afterwards if it doesn't seem to play right.

Wow, these are really great ideas. I've not used the BBLS in the past because it was a freebie and that kind of killed it for me but it is a great house mod and a fantastic place to collect all those hot young companions I tend to round up. If this mod actually gets off the ground that would be amazing. Here's hoping. BTW, if I can help in any way, I'm willing to give a hand. I have minimal experience with the CK and virtually none with scripting, but I have wanted to learn how to mod so I'm certainly open to giving things a try. Good luck, I'll be following your progress.

First Off: Incredible job on Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite you do great work and looking forward to seeing what you do next with the place, I would like to propose... LUXURY SUITE 2.0 (Nordic Winter Suite) I propose a new version of Luxury Suite in a new location, somewhere in the mountains with a great landscape view, somewhere up north where its colder, lots of Evergreen Trees, girls bathing in NATURAL HOT SPRINGS outside even with snow on the ground. perhaps even some natural mini waterfalls for showers. Indoors: also needs indoor hot spring lots of small plants (ferns). and needs a warm and cozy feel indoors like a main fire pit that's an actual hole in the floor so the girls can lay down around it to dry off from their swim. Lay out some bear rugs and sabre cat furs get a nice northern log cabin feel going in the mountains. Extras: my personal preference: a heros own fireplace in their own bedroom thats actually a room, an while we're at it lets give the girls some rooms that they share instead of the second floor of the original suite which looks like a homeless shelter layout. By the way im not dissing the original at all I'm tryin to improve upon what is already imo one of the greatest homesteads. side note: perhaps there is a way to allow the player to customize the Luxury Suite on their own even further? like a dialogue with one of the stewards to change the theme of all the pictures hanging in the suite or changing a mannequin display room into a library den where I can read my books in front of a fire. Eventually I would like to see a mod where I can recruit any npc and assign them a role within my personal Homestead/village and change their roles as I see fit as I recruit more, while still being able to pull them away from their job and take them with me on adventures as a follower. Like choose my Blacksmith to come with me today and tomorrow take my Bard. also what Follower mod do you recommend if any and why? Keep up the great work! A simple Christmas Quest for the Christmas version of house. Kill 8 deer or elk for antlers, gather 50 SnowBerries, 10 Elves Ears, and 1 bottle of Spiced Wine.

Turn in items: What are the antlers for? Making new trophy mounts. The Snowberries? I put one on top of each white icing sweetroll for the Holidays. Elf Ears? To wear for the Holiday celebration. Spiced Wine? I'm thirsty. Thank's! Here is your <quest reward>
