I have been waiting for this mod for quite some time, and it was everything I expected and more. A look at the great new weather mod Project Reality - Climates of Tamriel.

Fantastic Mod and should make other lighting overhaul modders take notice and improve their own mod's weather! Probably not the best mod for lighting itself, but miles ahead of anything out there in terms of weather, atmosphere and cloud textures and variation!

I must have missed it if it was in the hot files.
Running off posthaste to check it out.

I love it how this mod does not decrease game performance like most other similar ones do.

I tried it and uninstalled it. not enough stormy weather for me.
I'd rather have:
more rain
more snow
Lightning during Thunder Storms
All of those can be found on the nexus.

Not sure if it was mentioned, but it doesn't look like the mod is working properly on the video. Most likely due to the "sounds of skyrim" (specifically the wilds I believe) being activated? (there might be another mod that conflicts with it as well, who knows, but it looks like what I and others have experienced).
Basically in the video when you're outdoors, it pretty much looks mostly vanilla (not all of the time though?), aside from the sun/sunglare. If you look at the screens that the modder (jjc71) uploaded, you'd notice it looks a lot different, and you NEVER see vanilla cloud textures when it works right (or at least I never have, lol).
Best way to test is to go outside near Whiterun, and wait (and make sure the weather is cleared) for the sunset. If most of the lower sky is lit up orange/red etc, it's not working. If only the part of the sky where the sun is setting is colored (or more strongly colored than the rest of it), and there's new cloud textures there, then it's working.
Also, nights will be vanilla bright if it's not working. But with the mod working properly, it's pitch black (when appropriate anyways), and the aurora's look a lot different as well (as compared to around 5:00 in the video).
Anyhow, when it does work, this is easily (imo, especially with the latest interior/dungeon updates) the best lighting mod out there right now (probably until RLWC 4.0 comes out, next year... lol)
