Some questions about SKSE.
1) If I installed the mod convenient type horses, SkyUi, I have to uninstall them before installing SKSE.
2) If Steam updates Skyrim what do I do with SKSE.
3) SKSE something to do with the fighting on horseback.

2 - update skse by downloading the new version and dropping the files in your skyrim directory.
3 - Is not a question, and has nothing necessarily to do with fighting on horseback.

I mean if I see that steam changed files in directori Skyrim there is the risk of being banned.
And then the fact that an end to the fighting on horseback (obviously Skyrim original and updated by steam).
