For those of us who prefer IWR I have just noticed there is a IWRRA for open better cities. This is probably the solution I will go for.

Ismelda, sorry not be more positive. It's great work and if you manage to find a solution to the daytime glow I will be one of your biggest fans.

Hffoman you should keep up and read the description. The windows are now animated and have no light during the day. Another version is coming with vanilla windows by day and another lit texture by night for even more contrast.

hmmm... I use this very script to install the mod... Works fine for me.
Edit: It is not the script that doesn't work but the omoding. Fixed now. Sorry for that.

Interesting, this new version sounds promising, excuse me while I download and try it. And if I understand it, brilliant work with the mesh switching idea. Beats my brainstorming a few pages back. I shall install, test, and return shortly.

The only downside is OBSE necessity... which is only the fault of those who stubbornly refuse to use it.

That was me for a while. I've found it just makes the game more unstable than it already is. But then when I saw all the things that were possible with OBSE... I just can't resist. Might be why my game crashes within an hour of gameplay and EVERY time at exit. :blink: I really need to get more strict with my mods.

Well the meshes are also simple replacers like the former Texian's Window Lighting System but to animate them there is nothing else than OBSE to call references from around the player. OBSE is stable and wont crash your game more than the usual and it has very very much advantages.

the meshes for bravil QTP3 the bravilfightersguild is bad beacuse make one buildung is in the air can you put the original meshes not the that come with QTP3_UOP32 beacuse these is bad.

thank oyu for make this mod everyday better.

You have the tool, you have QTP3, so I guess you an do it if you need it.

One of this mod objective is to provide last meshes commonly used. For any other meshes the tool is just there for you to take care of it.
