Gods how badly Skyrim needs a proper FNVedit equivalent.

I agree TheOutlander is 100% right. I can not tell you how many hours I have spent load over and over to find a problem mod.

Thank you for this! Will it be placed somewhere that newbies can find it easily?

Oh my, this is wonderful. Its almost to the point where each loaded mod from vanilla needs its own unique load. Almost like a profile in order to get this game working. With all the uninformed mod users, its a wonder we still have users that can play. Very nice bit of work. What people need to see in your post is set number 3. I hope they see and understand "HELP manage" and that it is not the same as auto-manage.

iirc, BOSS isn't being updated, since their thread for the mod is closed.

There is an active BOSS Bethesda Forum topic (linked to from the Nexus forum). I have also heard from others that the BOSS masterlist is currently not being updated, however there are still people actively posting unrecognized mods on the forum for addition to the master list. As well, there is also a post from earlier today from wrinklyninja requesting beta testers for BOSS v2.1.0:

Edit: trying to get my facts straight
