Now, if you shoot an arrow strait at a person only wearing common clothes, would you expect him to live????? (asuming it hits)

I have 3 characters, my main one (stats in sig), an archer, and an assassin (majorly skilled w/ daggers). The archer and assassin are both level 1. Now, if they get good w/ their weapons will they eventually be able to kill a unarmored person in one hit? (w/out reaching extremely high levels; 25+). The assassin for example:
He is in the assassin's guild. When I am given a job to kill someone, I would like it to be realistic; I sneak up behind him and stab him. Job done.

Is that ever going to happen or (using a dagger) will I always have to go into combat. I mean, I want an ASSASSIN meaning one hit kill. Stealth! Is this possible?

If not, I would like to enchant a dagger to kill w/ one hit. I use ABSOLUTELY no enchating magic, let alone much magic at all; can I get someone else to enchant it for me? where?
