black hand you get by joining the morag tong...though i'm pretty sure that they edited it down because it was too powerful, but still, it's a sick sick weapona and worth checking out

Hitokiri, the weapon you're talking about just so happens to be the Eltonbrand. Which I still have no idea how to get legitimately.

You cannot get Eltonbrand legally It is not in game. Same as some bat-shaped axe. I think there are more such items in TESCS.

Anyway IMHO best weapon in Morrowind is Skull-Crusher. I Haven't found anything better so far. Yes, Trueflame and Hopesfire are very good and strong, but Skull-Crusher is weapon of my life.

Please check the dates before posting. Chances are the guy who posted is married with five kids of his own by now and won't have a chance to look at a gaming forum for the next 10 years.

And Eltonbrand is in game and can be obtained perfectly legally as part of a miscellaneous quest available if you are a vampire. I have a pinned thread in spoilers about all unique weapons, check it out.
