I was just wondering if this is supposed to happen but the guy who has no helmet in the north building of the manor district, starts talking to me just before hes about to be killed...uuh only he doesn't stop talking and I get this seemingly infinte stream of the same message...and I have no way out of it is this supposed to happen if so why?
