Does anyone know whats wrong here in the load order?

I'm not very good at this and ive never tried to use this many mods at the same time.

If you did not use the New Vegas Edit utility, than you have .esp out of place. All the .esm must be at the top of your load order, with the New Vegas .esm's loading first. Also, you should download B.O.S.S. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35999 and use it to sort your load order. You should also get FNVEdit and the training manual to correct any errors in your load order and to make a merged patch.

.esm MUST load before .esp. Wrong forum btw. This goes in the Fallout New Vegas forms

edit: also are you using cracked game, this will crash you too
