14£ is a good price really, not like overpriced DLCs on other games, cannot wait to hace a bit extra budget for it and get it, so how do i verify the cache in case of a CTD?

Dawnguard's running perfectly fine for me. No framerate issues, CTDs or any thing noticeable. @zzjay My custom followers are functioning normally. Knowing how these things go I always tell my followers to leave before I update or in this case, use dlc so I can't confirm.

You might also want to add that Dawnguard is unavailable in Eastern Europe.

Anyone slightly disturbed at the high price? For a DLC being 1/3 the price of the original game...just seems a bit steep to me. I understand if that's the value of developing it, but I remember DLC that added questlines as long as this being $5 (and with far less reported game-breaking bugs). Am I the only one that thinks its a bit overpriced?

I agree. I am going to wait till it comes down in price in a few months time, and for some indication that the bugs will be fixed.

20€ is by far too much for this :/ gotta wait a few months or a year until they reduce it

Make sure that if you do get it, uninstall combat related mods b/c as of the moment its not compatible with the crossbow/mounted combat. Vampire mods should be ok, the (vampire eyes looks badass in dawnguard) thou it seems you become like 2 vampire at the same time with vampire overhauls sometimes curing vampirism but not vampire lord (i manage to become a werewolf and vampire lord at the same time). Once you change into vampire lord then become human again your face will become morphed looking like your face is split in-half, upside you get cool eyes (i just transformed to werewolf and back to reset my character's looks).

There's probly a lot of bugs if your kinda mod heavy, I recommend learning how to use the console commands: ShowQuestTargets (shows quest id, mainly look for DLC in front of it for Dawnguard), then player.sqs "quest id" to show what stage you are (1=completed/0=incomplete), and then last setstage "quest id" "stage#"

Really helpful in debugging when the npc becomes "stuck"
