Hello,

I've been getting error "BOSS_API_ERROR_INVALID_ARGS (Master files must load before other plugins)" while installing Fallout Wanderers Edition 6.03 HOTFIX in Fallout 3 (GOTY edition, version bought in retail). When I tried to change load order NMM crashed.

Also:
is NMM able to change flags on esps flagged as esm? There is this part of FWE named "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp" which is flagged as esm by author. When I installed FWE using previous version of NMM there was yellow message on the right panel that this particular plugin is flagged as esm and it was located just after other esm plugins. When I installed FWE's core using NMM 0.19.0, there was no additional message about "FO3 Wanderers Edition - Alternate Travel.esp" and it was placed near the end of load order, after other esps.
Out of curiosity I launched FO3Edit and checked flag on this plugin - there was no esm flag on this file...

But I still do not understand why it has to be done like that? Why NMM doesn't see the flag in the first place [just after installation]? Why this ESM flag must be changed manually [why does it disappear in the first place]? It worked before as intended. What happened? Gopher's 'modding FO3' videos show that this file is seen in NMM just after installation as it should be and is placed in load order correctly.

Thank you very much! :D I had the same problem a while ago and I thought I should change Alternative travel to ESP via FOEdit, but I saw a blank spot in File header where you can chose either ESM or ESP, so it was already set to ESP and didn't know it should be ESM. So thanks again for clearing that out!

Could somebody help with flagging the alternate travel.esp to an esm? I'm new to modding and I'm stuck. Thanks in advance!
