As the title suggests, when trying to download a small file that was recently uploaded (and thus hasn't propagated across servers completely) you can come up across the "File not available on server yet" message. Even though the file is available from at least one of the other mirrors, but since it's a small file, the download button skips the mirror list and selects least crowded one.

Suggest one of the following:

• Add a separate button to choose mirror for small files.
• Return user to mirror list in case of the error (which would make much more sense).
