Version 4 has arrived.

NOTE: The Black Tower has been removed. Please read instructions below.

(Additionally, you can try out my Amethyst Hollows player home if you need a place to stay)


The following are instructions for SAFE UPGRADE from previous versions. Follow these directions CAREFULLY to lessen the risk of having your stuff get deleted.

New users can disregard this, and install v4.0 normally without worry.


For V1.0 - V2.7 users:

1. Uninstall the mod normally by deleting the mod's esp, textures and meshes.

2. Download V4.0 and follow the installation instructions normally.


For V3.0 - V3.2 users:

1. BEFORE downloading anything, make sure you clean out your Suite and everything in the tower, or else it will be deleted. Release all Black Tower followers. Remove your Black Sacrament armors and put them in a SAFE container (use a vanilla player home). Travel outside to a vanilla Skyrim location and wait in-game 3-4 days, then save and exit the game.

2. If you originally installed with NMM, launch NMM and deactivate, then delete the mod. Or, if done manually, delete the following files:
BlackTowerArmory.esm
BlackTowerUpdate.esp
BlackSacramentArmor.esp
BlackSacramentDBReplacer.esp (if installed)
Delete these folders:
Skyrim/Data/Textures/Armor/Dcvrworks
Skyrim/Data/Textures/actors/character/facegendata/facetint/BlackTowerArmory.esm
Skyrim/Data/Meshes/Armor/Dcvrworks
Skyrim/Data/Textures/actors/character/facegendata/facegeom/BlackTowerArmory.esm
Skyrim/Data/Sound/Voice/BlackTowerArmory.esm
Skyrim/Data/Sound/Voice/BlackTowerUpdate.esp

3. Download and install BLACK TOWER V3 CLEAN UNINSTALLER FILES.

- Simply unpack, drag contents into Skyrim/Data. Overwrite all.

4. Download and install Black Sacrament Armor Version 4.0

- For NMM - use download with manager, or download manually then add from file.

- For Manual install - refer to the manual installation guide on mod description page.

5. Load your previous save game. Wait in-game 24 hours. Save and exit.

6. Delete BlackTowerArmory.esm and BlackTowerUpdate.esp

- The next time you load your save it will prompt you with "Some data is missing.. etc" You can safely disregard this message.

You mentioned that there is no more Black Tower, and I also can't find it, where is it?
