Since I've updated my AV, I've been getting things like "SkinDraugrMale02" while looting dead Draugr, or "SkinHare" from Rabbits. They appear as armor in my inventory... No weight, no value! Did an ID check of the item via console and it came back as AV. Uninstalled AV, and no more magic "skin armors" in loots. Not sure what's causing this glitch. Never had a problem before. Anyone coming across this issue?

So, I recently downloaded AV from here and I simply love the mod man, but I've been running into a particular bothersome bug. All the enemies that have been given skin variants from AV no longer show up with names to identify them and are additionally un-interactable with whether their alive or dead. (I can still attack/kill them.)
Anyone here know what the problem could be if there is one, and how to possibly fix it?

My AV won't generate a Automatic Variants.esp file, although the little message box says that it has generated one. My folders were moved correctly into textures, the only thing missing is the .esp file. Please help!

Hmm... AV doesn't give you a popup message when a patch is generated. Can you tell me word for word what the popup says? Also, shoot me a debug report, that will give me the most details.

I downloaded this mod using Bellyaches Animal AV Package, and while I am able to activate the Av stable beta it'self I am unable to activate Bellyaches AV, it loads halfway and then says the files are corrupted

I've seen having issues running the AV patcher. When I have it generate a patch, it eventually stops working. The problem area is on "(1/4) Loading AV Profiles". The loading bar stays at 0% forever, making me unable to finish patching. What could cause that?

Having a bit of an odd problem. I'm running AV and AlienSlof's Unique Stallion Frost mod. Frost has a randomly designated AV skin and default "featureless" texture, but the Unique Frost saddle, every time I load a new location (example: I fix Frost, ride him to the Whiterun gates, go inside, come back out, now he's a random color and his bits are gone.) I can force him to his normal state by using "resurrect" in the console, but as soon as I go through another loading screen, he's a different random model and texture (never the same body, but the saddle remains the same).
If I'm looking right at him when I load in, he's normal Frost for all of maybe a second, then AV kicks and he's a random horse. I've pushed the Unique Frost ESP to the bottom of the load order in trying to solve this, and that didn't help. I repatched AV as well, and it hasn't fixed the problem.Next thing I intend to try is uninstalling Unique Frost, repatch AV, then install Unique Frost again and see if that fixes it (after I first pop into the game and see if the problem rectified itself since I last played). Is there any particular way to provide "exceptions" for certain creatures-- a .ini or something? And could it have anything to do with my using Convenient Horses (which may in some way change up how unique horses are viewed by AV by accident, simply through global modification of horse behavior)?
Edit: Welp, I just tested that sequence of options, and he still changes. I've also found that it can trigger if I resurrect him (setting him to custom Frost) and then disable/enable him-- as soon as he starts to fade in, AV kicks and he's a random different horse.
I can, admittedly, live without the randomized horse skins (and just install AlienSlof's replacers) but I'd rather have the option of randomness.

Hello!
I've run into a problem: after installing everything the way I was supposed to, when I start the automatic variants problem and go to close it for it to start patching I get several error messages, the first one saying: "There was an Error exporting the custom patch. (Files/tmp.esp(The system cannot find the path)) Please contact the author" the second one that comes after clicking the first one away says "The application couldn't open the save file output stream. Your settings were not saved."
Is there a way to fix this?

Edit: I now get a different error message: "There was an exception thrown during program execution: "java.lang.SecurityException: SHA MessageDigest not available" check debug logs

I love this mod, but can you improve it so i won't see that animal turning textures from original. i can see the original textures when the animal appear first second. then it turn.
my horse frost has a white texture.but also turn.can you please stop the turn on the unique creature?
