oh i think i know why i thought you could not get hopesfire at lvl 20. It is because when i did it i had the difficulty setting at 100 so it seemed harder. Not true. I got Hopesfire and Trueflame at level 20.C. there are some artifacts that are way too hard to get at lvl 25 like trueflame or hopesfire.
My character:
Personal information:
My character's name is Cete, a level 64 Redguard going by the trade as Hammerfell Knight.
I am a master in heavy armor combat with shield and long blades, axes, blunt weapons, short blades and spears. Although I im a master of heavy armor, I am currently using medium armor, to up my medium armor skill.
I am a part of many factions, battle factions, magic factions and stealthy factions.
I am the Grandmaster of the Thieves Guild, the honorable Patriarch of the Temple, the Grandmaster of the Great House Hlaalu, the cunning Grandmaster of Morag Tong, a Hearthfriend amoung the native Ashlanders, an Operative of the secretly Blades, the great Knight of the Imperial Dragon of the Imperial Legion and a somewhat corrupt Factor of the Eastern Empire Company.
Basic Information:
Weapons:
Favourite long blades: Goldbrand, Hopesfire, Trueflame, Daedric Crescent and Chrysamere.
Favourite blunt weapons: Skullcrusher, Sunder and Mace of Molag Bal.
Favourite short blades: Fang of Hyffangetfgff (I can't memorize it's name), Keening, Mehrunes' Razor and Black Hands Dagger.
Favourite spears: Spear of the Hunter and Spear of Bitter Mercy.
Armor:
Favourite shield: Eleidon's Ward.
Favourite cuircasses: Dragonbone Cuirass, Lord's Mail but nothing beats the Ebony Mail.
Favourite gauntlets: Royal Guard gauntlets and the Fists of Randagulf.
Favourite pauldrons: Royal Guard pauldrons and Daedric pauldrons.
Favourite greaves: Royal Guard greaves and Daedric greaves.
Favourite boots: Boots of the Apostle.
Favourite helms: Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, Royal Guard helm and Deadric Face of God. (I prefer not wearing helms actually.)
Jewelry:
Amulets: Necromancer's Amulet, Amulet of Shadows, Helseth's Collar and Hunter's Amulet of Speed.
Rings: Denstagmer's Ring, Marara's Ring, Royal Signet Ring, Moon-and-Star, Adusamisi's Ring and Barilzar's Mazed Band.
Belts: Belt of the Hortator.
Favourite daedra god's prize:
Azura's Star, because Azura is the most holy and friendly daedra god.
I don't see the star as a soulgem, but as a lucky token and aid.

My new project is coming along nicely:
Name: Outlander
Race: Dunmer *duh they just look so damn cool!*
Class: Commoner (no combat skills)
Level: ~23
Sign: The Lady
These are just at-the-moment stats.**
Health: >1 57
Magic(ka): > 61
Fatigue: > 232
Strength: > 60
Intelligence: > 61
Willpower: > 42
Agility: > 65
Speed: > 70
Endurance: > 65
Personality: > 100
Luck: > 40
Majors: Acrobatics > 59, Armorer > 39, Athletics > 53, Mercantile > 75, Speechcraft > 71
Minors: Alchemy > 60, Block > 22, Hand to Hand > 21, Security > 21, Sneak > 20
Imperial Cult: Invoker
Temple: Diviner
Fighters: Associate*
Mages: Associate*
*just so I could collect the mambership gifts at the beginning of every month*
Weapon of choice: Steel Spider Blade
Later when Blunt Weapon is a little higher he will use Skull Crusher or Veloth's Judgement.
Any insanely powerful or expensive weapons are usually donated to the guild responsible for supplying the mission and put on display.
Armor:
Everything Glass that I bought for a total of about 15k because of my characters extremely high Mercantile and Speechcraft skills. Plus Boots of The Apostle. Ebony Cuirass coming soon!
He also has about 20 pounds of enchanted rings, amulets, belts, and robes.
I decided to make a physically and magically weak character to up the difficulty factor of the game. Also I decided that this character should not steal anything, unless of course it is part of a guild or off a post-mortem body. This also goes for killing. He does not use Creeper, this makes the game more balanced. (These three things I plan to implement into other project characters to make the game more interesting) Given his 'moral' restrictions I thought he would be better suited for a role in the Temple and the Imperial Cult. With his recent Mercantile skill spike, he is beginning to be able to make a financial living without the help of the guilds monthly 'wellfare' loot. Now he makes a living off Alchemy and would be rich except that nearly all his funds go to more Alchemy equipment (he now has all Grandmaster tools), room rent because he levels up very often, and Training to further his advancement in the Temple and Cult. I have never reached over 10k with this character but thats ok because with his people skills he can haggle for just about anything. He once looked at a Glass Cuirass valued at 28k but was able to talk him down to just under 6k. A very satisfying project I must say.
**I made a couple of edits because he has grown so much

aldras, is your character legit??
intelligence 70? strength 97? at level 2? i don't think that's possible unless you used the constuction set or the console.
and what's the difference between this and the character info thread?

One of my mods had something that made it so I leveled up slow, and instead of needing 20 points to level up, I needed 100. So my character would actually be a much higher level.

Actually you only need 10 points to level up. I'm sorry to complain to you about this, but i think that's cheating.
And again, what's the difference between this and the character info thread?
