DSfix

DSfix is a wrapper .dll that allows your to adjust Dark Souls\' rendering resolution, improve the quality of the game\'s DoF effect, add SSAO and SMAA, hide and show the mouse cursor and hud using a toggle key, take screenshots, periodically back up your save game, change the game\'s language, play in borderless fullscreen mode, skip the start-up l

Your fix has elevated the Dark Souls Pc version from a grumpy port to one of the greatest games ever to be published.

Almost essential in providing the best experience. Not sure why From Software hasn't acknowledged this yet!
Its good to see this mod receive the publicity it definitely and absolutely deserves, stellar work!

maybe a in house GUI would be nice but w/e that's nit picking =)

Agree with doofkopf. You single-handedly saved this port from mediocrity. Coming from the PS3 version I'm amazed at how good this game can look. Thanks for all the hard work you've put in on this.

Ok, total newb here - I tried this and set to several settings, but everytime i laod the game, when it gets to the main game (after choosing my save) either it doesn't work (and closes) and the times when it does, the game screen is split, all is where it should be (HUD - How many souls I have) however the actual main frame is tucked up in the top left corner - The graphics look way better, however, just looks like i am playing it on a 4 inch monitor lol!

Any help/guides etc would be great!

Many thanks for this and any help!

Ha ha! I've been using the nexus forever, so I'm overjoyed that Dark Souls has one now! I wanted to join Neogaf just to tell you this, but it didn't allow GMail. . .you are god, Durante. I will be endorsing this mod asap.
