Any chance of Vsync becoming functional in the near future? I'm getting some pretty obvious screen tearing on my client.

You should be able to turn on vsync with your graphic card's software.  I am forcing it through the Nvidia control panel and haven't seen any tearing.

I recently downloaded both dsfix and dscfix as i started with okay fps but it got worse quickly. now with dsfix the framerate seems better but fraps is saying it is only 12 fps (didnt have it on before). now i dont have the best computer but i have more recent games that run fine on higher settings than i have ds on right now. now you see the 12 fps actually looks well enough to be playable. the problem is now when there are any particles ala blood or the fog you see at a bonfire the fps shppts down to 5 AND the game seems to go into EXTREME SLO-MO. another thing that causes this is any thing with jiggle bones or what have you guarenteed rubber bands to hell and back with no interaction at all. i was rarely getting rubberbanding before installing ( note however this was only about 5 hours game play).

are these known issues and if so please let me know what i am doing wrong and how to fix them. Thank you.

In response to post #15031841.

alright so apparently i was mistaken as to the definition of rubberbanding. what i mean is when anything with jigglebones is lying around it stretches impossibly and flys everywhere. again thank you for any help.

In response to post #15048141.

I'm having problems with them as well, same color and no text for the boss' name.

i managed to fix the slo-mo and jigglebones problem by re-capping my framrate but ofc this now means i am back to like 10 fps and any suggestions as to anything i can do with ds fix to increase my performance to a more playable level would be much appreciated. otherwise im gonna be playing at a bit of a handicap i suppose.

Ok, upon closer inspection (AKA fighting another boss) it seems I have the exact same problem, I do get the name but the health bar is all weird.

I could never find a way to fix the boss health bars either, had to turn off all hud modifications in DSFix.  I have been using the "Immersive HUD" mod lately for more transparency as a substitute.
