Just as I expected, it doesn't work for me :(

...well, it does work I guess. It doesn't crash at all, and it boots the game fine. However, I can only seem to get full 60fps on the main title menu and in-game menus.

As for gameplay, I get close to 60fps in some areas but the rest I get slowdowns...yes slowdowns, not less fps, which makes the game nearly unplayable for me.

My settings for SSAA and SSAO and DoF are all 0 (off or minimum), no skip intro or save backups or minimalist HUD. My render resolution is my laptops maximum (1366 x 768), while hooked up to a 1080p screen through HDMI with that fullscreen resolution in-game settings. Do I have to change any settings, or is my computer just not enough for this?

Here's my laptops specs:

@UltimaXemnas constant 60 fps is at this moment not possible. unless you run this game on a nesa computer. not even on an I7 with 4.5ghz clock

So the reason is that the patch is in an early state in need of polish? With improvements on later versions, will it be possible for my laptop to run it at 60fps?

I know it's looking way into the future, but I soooo want this mod :(

Thank you for your answer by the way, appreciate it :)

no one can tell if it will run perfect on the future. the creator of this mod said it takes a lot of time to improve this mod since it consumes a lot of time to do so. he said he needs to rewrite some parts of the game engine to improve performance... and who knows what will be the benefit of it fps wise. and yes it's a very early state of the mod.

amd 955 BE @ 3.4ghz hd 7850 2gb 8bg ram Windows 7 64 bit Installed on SSD Some places get 60, but once I drop below 60, it never goes to 60 again, I tested this by going to a place and clearly seeing it pull 60fps, I then continued playing till it went below, returned to the 60fps area, and it...wasnt 60 fps :D I don't think this game likes amd processors at all. Great to see progress on this mod though, a fully optimized version of this would be mind boggling, but the author would deserve more than endorsements, which is all I can offer.

I don't get it, as soon as I put the files in my Dark Souls dir, the game crashes instantly on startup...

I tried playing with this mod but it slows the game down...

By slow down I mean make it so it's like playing the game in slow motion. So anyone playing this game on anything equal or less than an Athlon II x3 3.2ghz + HD5770 is not going to have a fun time, it's not just a simple uncapper...

Is obligatory to use along with DSfix or it works standalone too?

hello..

i have 555m gt i5 2.9Ghz and 8 gb ram

the fix is always error with the update and to avoid the error I have to delete the file sound.dll

when I load a game, your character moves in slow motion much more slowly than before so the fix decreases the fps and does not give any improvement even makes things worse

advice?
