Hello,

Has anyone had this problem? All the ghouls in game are red triangles. I have 20 or so mods running. I was thinking it was due to Frankie's Guns and Ammo as it added the Underground with those new ghoul types no? I am hoping someone has an idea of what's causing this off the top of their head.

I'd be happy to provide a list of all my mods if someone can tell me how to get with with NMM.

I saw someone post something similar but there were no posts made about how to correct it.

ETA: NM. So weird. After playing the game about 2-3 times with the problem I played again this afternoon and they're all normal. Really confused now but hopefully it's fixed. I have noticed sometimes the NPC's hair will show bald spots and sometimes it won't. I wonder if this is the same kind of problem. I am too lazy to care about the bald spots but I am glad the ghouls aren't broken anymore...for now.
