I don't suppose a 4.2 to 4.3 patch would be even remotely possible...? My connection won't stay stable long enough to download the entire mod again, plus I've got a monthly cap, so retrying just eats my bandwidth and results in overage charges. 4.2 works well enough for me so I'll happily continue using it if there's no way to just patch it to 4.3 without redownloading the entire thing.

MOO uses a BSA file for its resources. As new resources have been added this file has changed and therefore requires to be re-downloaded. The alternative is uploading the resources separately, which would make things unnecessarily difficult.

I've recently started a new character (currently level 14), mainly to test v4.3.1 and to determine what to add/improve in the next update. I have Shivering Isles, DarNified UI and Oblivion Stutter Remover added, but not a whole lot other than that. Adding too many mods makes it harder to test balance issues, etc.
MOO should be compatible with Morroblivion, but I haven't tested this.

Maskar,
First, great mod. It's one of the few I quit the game to go back out and endorse once I started playing.
Second. Do you think "Relevant Scrolls and Potions" (http://www.nexusmods...on/mods/45627/?) here on the Nexus would play nice? And if so, should it load before or after MOO?
Third, I hope you burn in Hell for ever for your packs of goddamned Mummy Princes. ^_^

Heh, thanks. Relevant Scrolls and Potions should be fully compatible with MOO. Load order isn't important.
