i found an old wet note, obtained from the skeleton corpse at the bottom of lake fjalding, it mentions the snow princes armour...is this any good and where is it located?

It's in Jolgeirr barrow...and it's just plain (albeit renamed) steel armour. The spear next to the suit sin't bad, and the unique book there is used in a Misc. quest from Raven Rock.
