I've tried the first two airships in the video and really enjoyed them, but the inclusion of a player home in the third is awesome and will probably make it my new home.
Btw, about walking around on deck, it actually works fairly well but you have to set the ship to use different movement controls than the ones you use for moving your character around. That's why the ship moved while you were walking on deck and why you could hear walking sometimes while you were steering the ship. There's nothing like looking off the deck of the ships while you're sailing through the skies. ; )

Love the detailing on the Dev Aveza, and @Kinei, you should try cattle pond ranch its one of the best home's i've seen in skyrim.

I don't have Dawnguard, or any "unofficial patch" and I cleaned my cache. House mods: Evergreen grotto, Deus Mons & Rangers Ridge, but I don't think that's the problem.

@Didier47 considering you've used the latest SKSE version, mods are always the problem, especially those of similar kind like the home mods, try disabling everything first. That's when I realized my Open Cities Skyrim CTDs not because of the low-end [via gtx560 lol] hardware I use.

@ Renegadeof79 I don't use SKSE at all and certainly not he open cities mod. I know they're trouble. It's the house mods.
SOLUTION 4 everybody: any House mod with an .esm file is not compatible with that DLC.
The two .esm are in conflict.
In my case It was Rangers Ridge and Deus Mons (too bad 4 that one) but curiously the huge Dark Tower is compatible.
Now I'm gonna have to move tons of stuff stocked in Deus Mons for all my characters :/
EDIT actually no - only Rangers Ridge creates a conflict. dunno why...

SKSE is REQUIRED for the airship mods to work properly. Otherwise, they're simply stationary - and then what's the point of them being airships?
