I needed a sponser to move up in rank in this house and the one I found in Vivec (crassius I think) wants me to take my clothes off for him before he sponsers me...(i'm a female imperial) and he just says goodbye...how do I stop this loop? I tried taking off what I was wearing and talking to him (hussy) but it didn't work....

Also, how does one get inflated stats over 100% Is it in things that they find and wear?

When he says Goodbye and you haven't taken off all your clothes, it's not a "loop." Take off everything- rings, amulets, belts, armor, weapons, pants, skirts, shoes, whatever. Your character should have nothing on but those fur...garmets.

He'll talk to you again after everything is off.

Stats are increased by items that fortify skills. These may be temporary, with spells, blessings and potions or longer lasting through items you find such as the Wind Ring with +30 agility or by those you enchant yourself.

Note that if you lose stats through a spell and need to reinstate them, you must remove all fortifying items (for the relevent stat) before doing so.
