At first thought it's low battery in mouse but it's not the issue.

Since getting DLC I cannot attack normally/with one swing (swords, bows etc) I only can use power attacks holding M1/M2 (where 2 swings drains stamina completely not to mention it's hard to hit when opponent is moving quickly). I removed DLC- can fight again. Reinstalled Dawnguard - again, only power attacks. Not only in new locations but also anywhere in the world (also much older saves).
Any idea?

This game is bugged so much for me... I removed all awesome mods because they weren't working with updated version and now vanilla game and cannot play DLCs....
