Never used Convenient Horses. What I hear, AFT is very compatible with it though.

Updates to [X] Follower ride Extra Horses for compatibility with Convient Horses

I use FLP/AFT-Follower Live Package. As such the individual AFT Followers handles there own individual Horse ;)
Prior to myself using AFT-Live Package, I do not recall any AFT Horse issues.

Horses when using both: AFT or AFT with Live Package; work very well with NPC and the iNPC-AFT Patch.

Vilja also has her Horse Brusa that is seamless with AFT.

General Post: AFT Horses

Tweak/Action/ [Round Up Any Horses I own]
AFT Follower will Round Up Any Horses you have purchased any horses, they will appear around you.

Tweak/Action/ [Stable my horses]
AFT Follower will return All horses to their stables.

[X] Followers ride extra horses
Enables Horse Riding AI. Note this AI only applies to purchased horses.
(Purchased from one of the 5 stables in the game). If you disable this
setting, you will have to dismiss any followers you have to ask them
to follow you again before the change takes effect.

- [X] Horses are oblivious
When enabled, horses ignore combat and do not fight back. When disabled,
horses fight back and may even engage and chase enemies like normal
followers.

Horses Notes:
There are 5 horse venders throughout Skyrim: Whiterun, Windhelm, Riften,
Markarth and Solitude. Followers will normally only ride horses that are
purchased at one of these stalls.

However, AFT does allow ONE additional horse. Should you mount any
un-owned horse, the last un-owned horse that you mount becomes the
"ONE" additional horse. A popular example is Shadowmere.

OK tried summoning all my horses through a follower action command.  Then had them stable the horses.  Let's see how that works for now.

Also..I read somewhere about some sisters mod?  Was that for Dragons Age? Were you involved with that?

CH seams fine AFT - From most if not all Posts

MODs that add People that sell horses, some -may- have AFT issue.
-
If using iNPC:
Horses when using AFT; CH works very well with NPC and the iNPC-AFT Patch.

I use CH with AFT and I haven't had any problems. Did you actually buy your horses? I never bought any horses for my followers, they automatically got one when I invited them. I think CH does that automatically. In any case, I've never had horses following me around, and I have 4 followers. If the follower isn't with me, then neither is the horse.

I think you probably have CH configured wrong. There is an option in CH to have your horse follow you when you're walking around. Maybe that's affecting your follower's horses too? Try turning that off (I always have that option turned off).

I left options at their defaults when I invited my followers, and when I turned on "Manual Leveling" for them I gave them 100 Magicka, 200 Stamina, and the rest went into Health. I now see that they have over 500 Health. Zowie that seems overpowered. I turned off the "boost stats" then tried turning the auto level back on then back off to see if it would distribute fewer points to their health/staminag/magicka, but it didn't. Of course I could add some to their Magicka to redistribute things more evenly, but none of my followers are magic users (they're all set to Ranger and 2-Handed combat styles). I'd like some feedback about that.

JohnNav you mentioned that followers either get 13 or 10 stat points when leveling. I turned off the "boost stats" option and when I leveled last time they each got only 7 stat points to put into their armor/2-handed/sneak/etc. options. I am at level 23 now. They didn't get any points to put into their health/stamina/magicka though (which was fine by me since they have too much already).

Glanzer, I only play with all Boosts and bonus's (off), with [no Combat recovery] (on) and Auto Leveling.

What was the Followers health that is now 500?

What Level was the Follower and what was that Followers name?

My followers that are controlled by AFT are Inigo, Jenassa, and Zora (from iNPC). They each now have 536 health, 50 magicka, and 200 stamina. It thought they had 100 magicka but I just checked and they have 50.

If you are not happy with 536 health, we can lower it if you want?

Some may feel Dheuster, may of compensated for Perks a bit high. If desired, you may change there settings.

You can even Randomize your Rangers and Casters a bit :)

General Post: To change an ability Stat in AFT.

Please try this: Follower is the only AFT follower that is Following you-You are both inside and near an exit door to exterior.

Menu Save
This first: May or not be redundant-However, it works
OpenConsul~
Click on Follower
Consul: GetAv Health
Enter
Note remarks
Exit Consul
Do nothing for a few seconds as Follower glows, if you are happy with remarks - stop and save there.

Otherwise do nothing and continue:
Open Consul~
Click on Follower
Consul: ForceAv Health """ ('Health' or other effect) and ( """ equals the Health amount you want)
Enter
Note remarks
Exit Consul

Do nothing for a few seconds, then Exit to exterior with Follower.
When Autosave is finished, View Follower stats
MENU SAVE

Thanks for the advice! I'll think this through and either do that or maybe give them some minimal caster ability and boost their magicka to 200.
