In response to post #8877218. #10163149, #10514306, #11011075, #11278290, #11362123, #11645975, #11910855, #12053865, #12818793 are all replies on the same post.Umm trick to build Command center and most other thing is that you HAVE TO KEEP MATERIAL IN SUPLY BOX in that service building. And also you have to have that workman hammer with you. Only with this you can build things.
On other side , later when you will build that small farm you need to have seeds on your person to be able to use them.
As far as I noticed , author is using logic that if it is stupidly (or you can also say realisticaly) heavy then it should stay in that suply box and if it is light enough , it is for use from person

Question, does this mod have dynamic battles, like besides the events of the quest, enemies will randomly try to attack your territories? I have the same question for Mother Ship Zeta crew mod for Fallout 3 if anybody knows that too.

Just thought of reporting a problem I have when repairing during Operation Citadel, I can repair everything up to the generator, I have no idea why as I have all the parts to repair it. If anyone else crossed this problem and fixed it, I would appreciate the help.
