Where do i start the quest/find the Airship?

How do you get the spell and get the ship to fly? in the pix, the ship was flying.
p.s. when i opened the readme, it was the readme for some bathing mod.

bug: the alchemy room has two sorters the shivering isle one dosent work when you activate it it just picks it up
