I've already put up a thread about this on the 2k forums, but it couldn't hurt to mention it here too.

In short though, I'd like a mod that reverses the concept of X-COM games and has you play as the aliens trying to stop X-COM and take over Earth. This would probably take a lot of work, but I think it would be a big hit.
