ok, when i try ro install tribunal, it says that I don't have the original morowind installed. has anybody else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

Have you reinstalled Windows after installing the first Morrowind? Because I did, and even though Morrowind works perfectly, whenever I insert the CD the Autorun asks me if I want to install it. Maybe there are some missing entries in the registry.

EDIT: sorry, my post missed the actual HELP... if you find this to be the case, you are likely to have to install Morrowind again as well as Tribunal... unless you can find the necessary registry entries in some other way

yeah, i installed xp after that. but now, i tried to uninstall/reinstall morrowind, and it still says i dont have it installed.

Well, I am no expert, but I believe that your best bet is to reinstall Morrowind and then install Tribunal... if you have some savegames that you want to keep you can still move them to another directory and put them back in the "Saves" directory once you've installed everything again... and plugins can always be reinstalled...

I don't know what else you could do. I guess you'd need to know the exact entry
that you must add to your Windows registry so that it knows that you have Morrowind installed... I don't know if you can get someone else's.

If I were you, anyway, I'd reinstall. It doesn't take too much time, after all, and it surely takes much less effort.
