I'm to the point in the main Mournhold quest, where you have to kill the 3 Hlaalu members who are planning to conspire against King Helseth. I went to Llanthu (sp?) manor, and got the note off the desk and turned it in, then he went through some dialog and said he'd write up writs immediately for the conspirer's execution. Well I don't remember receiving any writs, and the word writ wasn't blued yet so I couldn't ask him about it. Well, then I left Mournhold for a while and went back to Vverdenfall and did a few quests, and this and that, mostly to gain levels for the killing of these conspirers. Well I went back, asked around about the 3, one in the Bookstore, one near the Temple, and one in the Sewers. Then I went and killed them, and went to report back. Did the official business blued text, then evidence of conspiracy popped up, and I clicked that, and it seems to be stuck at "Have you found any evidence of conspiracy yet?" But.. I had already turned in the note, and found the people I need to kill. So I went through the 'blued' text box on the right and clicked everything to no avail =/. So then I went back to the manor and checked every box, sack, chest, desk and so on for more notes. Nothing. Then I thought that maybe Deltious (sp? Helseth's Captain of the Guard) had it, so I set my sneak to like 10k and tried pickpocketing him, and still no note. So right now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place on the main quest.


Also, on the Droth dagger quest, I completed it, turned it into the guy, and still when I go to talk to him he asks if I have it. I feel like jumping into the game and telling him, hey idiot, it's there on your table. =/


I have no quest mods or anything that might interfere with these. There anyway to fix this, or am I gonna hafta restart?

The quest Evidence of Conspiracy ends when you report the deaths of the three individuals, not with the delivery of the note from Llethan Manor. He won't give you the quest to kill them until you have delivered the note.

Is it possible that you didn't actually kill one of them (either you killed wrong person or he was only stunned)? Check out all three are dead. When they are you get a reward and the next quest 'Muckraking Journalist'.

Geon Auline (sp?) never loses that bit of dialogue. It is a bug. Ignore it.

No, I never got the writs, just the journal entry. =/ Went and killed all 3 people, and aye I'm sure their dead. Somethin bugged that I didn't get the writs?

Ok, ecuse the idiocy, I had refused to do the mission the first time. I went back and got the note (Was gonna try one more time) and the messages I needed popped up. Thanks for offering the help anyway.
