as i wrote to uberjumper post, the log is actually mostly from my computer... when i was doing tests, building the batch (.bat) files...

seems like the bottom part "f:\games\" is yours... as i do not use a F drive...

i'll update the mod tomorow with the new modpatcher...

you should still try to continue with the next steps (see if it works) after copying the 2 ini files... start a new game then try to throw a frag grenade, see if damage is 5 or 6 or if its 3... or to open a meld container that should give 50 instead of 10... then the mods are working...

Not sure what happened, but I tried re-verifying the game files after a clean install and it was able to patch after that.

Small problem - building interceptors requires a negative amount of time; they never build as a result and the negative number just increases forever.

I just tried it, opened my game, went to hangar, clicked "order interceptors", then went to fast forward time and it worked perfectly... 3 days later my interceptor had arrived in hangar...

What version (Unknown or Within) are you playing? also which difficulty? I'll try to see if its something specific, but i cant reproduce the issue... maybe another mod tweaked that value?

changed

ItemBalance_Easy=(eItem=eItem_Interceptor, iCash=40, iElerium=0, iAlloys=0, iTime=2, iEng=-1)

to

ItemBalance_Easy=(eItem=eItem_Interceptor, iCash=40, iElerium=0, iAlloys=0, iTime=2, iEng=1)

Hey man, great mod. I only use the don't panic mod and I was wondering if you could possibly make a couple additions. One being 2 item slots for soldiers, and another being reducing the panic caused by ignored abduction mission to 2 rather than 3. 3 is IMPOSSIBLE to manage, but I really like the tactical game offered by impossible diff but not the geoscape punishment. THANKS MAN!!

I have no idea why or how you even got that issue...

in the ORIGINAL FILE unmodified its :
"ItemBalance_Easy=(eItem=eItem_Interceptor, iCash=40, iElerium=0, iAlloys=0, iTime=-1, iEng=-1) "

so i did NOT change that line at all!!!

edit : the "2 items slots" i have tried, but i think i would need to change more values in other files cause it does not work properly...

as for the panic.. i was gonna change it, but there is no places where it goes up by 3...

here are the current settings :
"

I do not know why but Research time is still the same...
No faster building, faster research, nothing.
Help?
Edit: Only way I found to reduce research time is labs and workshops. Well, better than nothing
