ulera
Ever since I left Blackreach my game glitched and now all outdoor environments have Blackreach's dim lighting and particle effect at all times (day or night). It's really killing my immersion (and visibility) anyone know how I can get my environments to reset? Deleted5045300User
Didn't Oblivion have a console command to force a certain type of weather? If Skyrim has something similar you could try it, it might help.

I tried a few console commands but nothing helps, also returned to blackreach a couple of times bit that doesnt change anything either.
modder3434
does this carry over to all of your saves [different characters] or does it only affect the one character?

mikaelning
I have had the same problem, so I tried to figure out wich one of my 150 mods that were causing it. It turned out for me it was the mod called "climates of Tamriel" or anything like that. If you have that mod you might try to uninstall it, return to blackreach and out again to Skyrim. If it doesn´t work, you may have to reload to the saves before you entered blackreach for the first time on your caracter.
Brainl3ssLP
does this carry over to all of your saves [different characters] or does it only affect the one character? Only one character. For me the force weather command has worked (e.g. "fw 10a244") (I know that this answer is a little bit late, but maybe it works for you or other people that have the problem.) Hargrem
Your force weather command worked (I opted for 81a - Skyrim Clear) Thank you so much for that - it took me half an hour to work out that I had Blackreach lighting effects outside of Blackreach and another half an hour to find this solution, despite trying various internet searches...
