I'm friends with Jim Reilly, and some of the other GI staff, but he won't update it until we know for sure, and that's the only news that can confirm.. I already gave the tons of tips, anyways I am talking with them about some things. I am trying to get them to do a "Then and now" review of GOTY games, and some other stuff.

I lost faith in Bethesda a while back, but this actually made me want to buy this. It looks awesome and a lot more fun than Dawnguard was. I just hope they fix some of their bugs until then, but I doubt it will be massive changelog. It seems that this DLC might bring something to everyone. A lot of new stuff anyway. Spears, dragon mounts, midgets and boars (I've waited so!).

I'm of the impression that one of the awesome things about Skyrim was that you weren't absolutely surrounded by hundreds of other players all the time. It made it seem next level realistic in that the number of people walking around seems to never approach crowd level except for occasionally in the cities and even then it was still not crowded.

It really breaks the immersion when you're just one of 400 other newbs running around with a mandate to solve nearby problems, like the massive horde of sword wielding warriors couldn't possibly handle a few rodents running around that pasture.

But you? By yourself? Taking out a bandit cave is an actual realistic challenge.

No, it just means that you aren't the only dragonborn in Skyrim at the moment, since there's also this dragon priest guy who's about to come back.

It's nothing to do with multiplayer.

I thought the timed exclusivity applied to all DLC, but if it was only meant to last a year, that will be nice to be able to get the DLC sooner.

Ok, I can trust this DLC. As soon as I saw a hint of Morrowind in there I was like "yep."
Screw Dawnguard; that to me, is Bethesda's attempt to milk the "cows" that are us gamers.
